Where Commerce and Culture Connects

The Tremont Crossing Project (P-3) will feature a mix of vertically-stacked retail, small stores and restaurants fronting on Tremont Street, 200,000 square feet of medical and educational office space, market rate apartment units, University Housing, a select-service hotel and a brand new museum for the National Center for Afro America Artists (NCAAA).

A parking garage and large public plaza complete with outdoor art, events and public seating will tie all the uses together. Designed by the renowned firms of Cambridge Seven Associates and Stull and Lee, the entire project will be designed in an urban style that will be modern, sophisticated, environmentally-conscious and pedestrian-friendly.
